All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are fulfilled through our partnership with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF), ensuring reliable, tracked delivery from UK fulfilment centres.

Unbranded packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no external branding visible on the parcel — your order arrives discreetly.

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. We are working on expanding to European destinations in the future.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

During peak periods (such as seasonal sales), dispatch may take up to 2 business days. We will always notify you by email if there are any delays.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@houseofpegs.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a returns address and any instructions you need.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  4. Post the return to the address provided.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Personalised or bespoke items (if offered) are non-returnable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a faulty product, please contact us immediately at hello@houseofpegs.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return postage.
